1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by AI Hairstyle at https://ai-hairstyle.org (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

3. The Service and AI-generated results

AI Hairstyle allows you to upload photos and generate virtual hairstyle previews.

AI-generated results are automated and may be inaccurate. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal visualization purposes and does not guarantee real-world outcomes.

4. Accounts

If you create an account (including by signing in through Google), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User content

5.1 Your responsibilities

You are responsible for any photos or other content you submit through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that submitting it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to upload or submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

5.2 License to operate the Service

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, to operate the Service, you grant AI Hairstyle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the Service,
  • generate requested outputs,
  • prevent abuse and enforce our policies, and
  • improve the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service (including software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by AI Hairstyle) is owned by AI Hairstyle or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, AI Hairstyle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any way that violates law or these Terms,
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Service,
  • bypass or attempt to bypass security or access controls, or
  • use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Some features may require payment. Prices and billing terms will be presented during checkout and may change from time to time.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Creem. AI Hairstyle does not store full payment card details.

Because the Service is digital and personalized, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase if the Service fails to function as described. To request help, contact support@ai-hairstyle.org.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. While we aim for reliable availability, the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or other reasons.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Hairstyle and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
